In this sense, we understand the importance of helping athletes to achieve their global well-being, to help increase their emotional and physical health: a healthy mind in a healthy body, achieving restful sleep, proper management of their emotions as a player against his results.

The main objective is to help the athlete achieve their goals, optimizing their physical and mental state, and always maintaining balance.

The program is carried out by severals Doctors in Sports Science, Health, Physical Activities and Sports, Physiology and Nutrition, Biomedical Research, Oncology and Exercise Physiology, Psychology of Education and Specific Didactics, Medicine and Surgery.

• Analysis of the energy cost before different efforts, during competition or training.

How are sports sciences constituted?

They are made up of our four fundamental pillars, which are:
The Physiology of exercise and training, the Biochemistry of exercise and training,

and Sports Nutrition and Hydration, and Psychology.

These aim to achieve adaptation and thus improve the performance of the athlete,
avoiding fatigue, overtraining and injury.

On the other hand, and in relation to soccer, a tactical concept can only be achieved through an adequate technical base, optimal physical status and the application of intellectual capacity.
